Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Details

This Pancakes for a Year Giveaway (“Competition”) is organised by Stack Me Up (“Promoter”) and is open for entry from November 1st, 2023, until November 30th, 2023, at 11:59 pm AWST.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for entry, you must:

Be a resident near participating Western Australian stockists. Check the Stack Me Up website for stockist locations.
Be aged 18 or older.
Have access to Instagram and/or Facebook.

3. How to Enter

To enter, you must:

Follow @stackmeuppancakes on Instagram and Facebook.
Comment on the official giveaway post, tagging two (2) friends who might enjoy Stack Me Up pancakes.
Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @stackmeuppancakes.

Note: All three actions are required for a valid entry. Each tagged Instagram story will be shared by Stack Me Up on our social channels, giving you extra visibility!

4. Closing Date

The competition closes at 11:59 pm AWST on Saturday, November 30th, 2023. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. Prize

The prize is pancakes for a year, which consists of vouchers or products equivalent to one pancake stack per week, redeemable at Stack Me Up stockists. The exact details of the prize may vary based on location and availability.

6. Winner and Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and announced on Stack Me Up’s Instagram and Facebook pages on Wednesday, December 4th, 2023. The winner will also be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be selected at random.

8. General Conditions

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any attempt to manipulate the entry process or results will lead to disqualification.
This competition is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Stack Me Up for the purposes of running the Competition and, where applicable, sharing tagged stories.

10. Disputes

This competition is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
