Nothing starts the day like a stack of these Lemon Pancakes, made with Sicilian lemon curd, lemon zest, free range eggs and a touch of sweetness. Just add whipped cream for a delicious dessert.

Toaster

Domestic toasters vary. The following is a guide only. Place pancake in toaster and warm. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Pan Fry

Fry gently on a medium heat either side until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Microwave

Cook on high (100%). Place on
microwaveable plate. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Guide for one pancake only. Do not reheat.
